Unable to send email from lead entity

Hi,

Logged in as Administrator in MS Dynamics 365 Online .Created a new lead entity.In its activities ,selected All Tasks -> Email

Saving or sending Email leads to errors

Record is unavailable dialog occurs.

Trace :

I am unable to send emails from Lead Entity.However from other entities ,email functionality is working. Please help me to sort out this problem.

I am facing this issue in production.Sandbox seems to work fine.

    Sorted out the solution.As per client requirement, Opportunity was renamed as lead and Lead was renamed as Enquiry.

    This Problem occurs when opportunity was renamed as Lead.I renamed Opportunity Entity as xxLead ,which resolved the issue

    Thank you for replying. I renamed Lead Entity as Enquiry.

    It is working perfectly in sandbox, problem exists only in Production.

    Hi,

    hmmm it seems weird. You CRM is trying to relate your Email to an opportunity (which presumably the same Id as your Lead): Opportunity With Id = c70a0654-bb1a-e811-8112-70106faa2611 Does Not ExistDetail

    Did you or your firm do any customizations?

    If not you should open a MS support ticket
