"see the records associated with this view" and "+" button not 'popping up' when clicked CRM Online

Version 1612 (9.0.2.436)

When I click on the buttons at the top of the subgrid view on my dashboard, they don't do anything. The view dropdown does work.  Other popup windows open fine (editor windows, customization windows, etc. etc.) .  I have full permissions.  The issue is reproducible on IE11, Chrome, Firefox, Edge (and I disabled all security/added Url to trusted, allowed all popups, ran in InPrivate/Incognito, etc. etc.)

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Also - we have another client on 9.0.2.193 on whose similar dashboards the issue is NOT experienced/reproducible.

    Just an update: we're working around the issue by making the dashboard hold larger view sections.  The issue only seems to happen when the sections are the 3-column size.  Strange.

    Hi Thomas,

    Try with system administrator , and different machine.

    If its does not help ,raise ticket to Microsoft might be this is release issue.

    Thanks Goutam.  Same thing happens on at least 5 different machines, all with full local admin privileges, 4 different 365 users (1  'standard' CRM user, 2 CRM admins, and 1 Global 365 Admin).  Yes, I think we'll put in a ticket.  But it's become a low priority now that we have enough of a workaround.
