D365 Commerce - enable manual entry of credit card number on Adyen terminals

Hi all,
a customer who is using D365Commerce (HQ and POS) would like to enable the manual entry of credit card number from Adyen terminals.
On MS learn I've read that the feature is supported by MS and on Adyen I've found instructions to follow to enable this feature.
However, it is not clear to me how to integrate this in D365 and how to start "an MKE transaction from the POS", since the Adyen Connector is out-of-the-box: Do you know if any additional action is required on D365 side or if it is enough to contact Adyen and they can take care of the full implementation?

FYI I share here the links with the information collected:

Many thanks.

This can be achieved by doing the following.
    1. Contact the Adyen Support team and ask them to enable Manual Card Entry / MKE for the payment terminals.
    2. Once enabled, in D365, make sure that all the electronic payment types mapped for the card payment method are having the parameter 'All manual card numbers' enabled.
    3. For v44+ If you are using the unified payments exeperience feature, the following configuration must be done instead of Step 2.
      1. In All Stores > Select the Store.
      2. Under Setup > Payment Methods
      3. Select the payment method 'Card' > Payment Input Type > Add 'Manual Entry'
    4. Once the above mentioned setup is done in HQ, run 1070 job, so the changes will be reflected in POS.
