Not able to create Sandbox Successfully

Hi ,

I am not able to refresh the sandbox from production since the update to version 19.Every time I create a sandbox it takes by default the Cronus , USA.If I take a detour and do Restore to Sandbox the restore fails with the following Error. Please help.

    Did you try contacting Microsoft Support like it says in the error message?

    I was however able to copy the environment into  a Sandbox.

    Hi, I tried it in my test tenant and there was no problem. So I suggest you contact Microsoft support.

    Can you please update your version on the app.json file?

    version: 1.0.0.0.1 something like that then publish your code to a sandbox.

    Hi, Thank you for the update the issue seems to be there now even for copying of Sandbox the problem exists When I am trying to create a sandbox it is creating one without copying the prod version taking me to the Cronus comapny by default.
