In our CRM 2015 projets we have Account, Contacts, Appointments, Opportunities, Emails, Notes, Phonecalls and Letter entities.
We would like to delete the entities if the entitiy itsleft is less then 7 years old and also any it's related entities is older than 7 years.
e.g. an Account is created 7 years ago, and the Priarmy Contact of the account has an Emails correspondence is created five 5 years ago, then we can't delete any entities in the Chain.
It's only when the latest email is older then 7 years for each Contact, and each Contact is older then 7 years for the Account, then we can really delete the emails, contacts and that particular account.
Is there any standard process of doing it? or any toolkit we can use?
Very new to CRM(have basic undersanding of how CRM is configured) and really appreciate any help and advice.
