Hi,
I want to create Multiple SLA for the same case entity but with different applicable scenario. I have created two SLA one where case severity is Urgent SLA time is 2 hours whereas where SLA time is Critical failure time is 1 Hour.
Problem I am facing is that I have to select one as default in order for Enhanced SLA type to work.
I want both SLA's to work for the case entity.
Can someone please guide me that how can I create two SLA's for the same entity?
