Since moving to Microsoft D365 in the cloud, our approach to backing up the system has changed from the traditional weekly/monthly/annual approach. Microsoft backs up more often, but only stores the backup for 28 days. 
 
I'm interested in learning how other companies handle this change and how to approach this discussion with Senior Management.
 
Are there third-party backup solutions available for D365, or should we simply accept the Microsoft solution and feel safer because of its secure and robust data center?
