Resolve case by KB article

Hi All,

   Let me know the process of resolving case by KB article.

I have added subject and article, at the time of resolving the case I'm selecting the subject and respective KB article.

But I am not able to see in the dashboard any cases which are resolved due to KB article(Subject) .

    Hi Adrian,

         Thanks for reply. I have gone through the above video ,I am able to resolve the case by KB article but I am unable to see in out of box Dashboard named 'Case resolved by KB articles'.
