
We have enabled Relevance Search, and if I use relevance search in the actual "website" I can retrieve Order records.
If I attempt to use the relevance search in the CRM App for Outlook, I'm not able to get any order entity results.
I've attempted to verify our configuration inline with what I've found here:

Under System Admin: Relevance Search is enabled and order is one of the selected entities
Under Customizations the order entity is enabled for mobile, the order entity is included for selected entities and we are at 22% of our 1000 indexable fields
For the order entity's Managed Properties, "Can enable sync to external search index" is enabled.

I have the same question (0)I worked with support after verifying my settings we did the following
In Settings > Customizations > Customize the System
Entities > Apps > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
Had to add the Order entity to the App, then Validate, and Publish, and then Publish all customizations.
After that I was able to search for Order entities through the CRM App for Outlook.
