when lead qualified then how to contact record update using workflow CRM

Hello All

      When we  lead qualified then how to contact record update using workflow CRM

I created following workflow. and updated some contact record field using lead field.

I got error in System Jobs.

any idea how to resolve this issue.

    Hello there,

    Actually Create the workflow on Contact Creation.

    and within the workflow check if "Originating Lead" contains data then perform your updates.  ---- > doing this you know this contact is originating from Lead.

    Hi ,

    I can see the workflow you created when status got changes of the lead which means contact does not exists  or  contact yet to be created which you want to update.

    So create workflow on creation of contact  having Originating Lead Lookup.
