Can't Download Dynamics CRM 2016 SDK

This seems silly, but I want to download the Dynamics CRM 2016 SDK and I can't find the right link to do so. Every place I try to access it, I get a Microsoft "page not found" page. For example, that's what happens if I try to use the link from this page: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh547453.aspx.

Or, if I Google "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 SDK" and use the first link, I also get "page not found."

Can someone point me to the right URL?

Thanks, it turned out to be related to my company's proxy server, so that URL works just fine as long as I access it directly.
