SMTP Email configuration error

Hello there!

SMTP setup is as follows.

I have also enabled following setup in Gmail account according to previous answers in community.

system is throwing following error while testing email setup.

Error says "The mail system returned the following error: "A call to MailKit.Net.Smtp.SmtpClient.Authenticate failed with this message: 535: 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [MN2PR15CA0023.namprd15.prod.outlook.com]".

Still getting error. Can anyone help please.

    Hi

    In screenshot I can see you have smtp.office365XXX please change to smtp.gmail.com  and test.

    Below settings works for me.

    SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com

    SMTP Server Port: 587

    Authentication: Basic

    User ID: Gmail address (e.g. mhgh@gmail.com)

    Password: Gmail password

    Secure Connection: Yes
