The user was printing a check when noticed GP was frozen causing user to shutdown GP and re-open. The BCHSTTUS in SY00500 is 110
How do I cancel or delete this batch? it won't show in Batch Recovery. The user has already created a new batch and printed the check.

Use the below article to change the batch status.

Once the batch status is changed it will be open for you to void the transaction.
