Check Printing Interrupted

The user was printing a check when noticed GP was frozen causing user to shutdown GP and re-open.  The BCHSTTUS in SY00500 is 110

How do I cancel or delete this batch? it won't show in Batch Recovery. The user has already created a new batch and printed the check.

    Use the below article to change the batch status.

    support.microsoft.com/.../a-batch-is-held-in-the-posting--receiving--busy--marked--locked--or-ed

    Once the batch status is changed it will be open for you to void the transaction.
