Is it possible to separate time cards between registers running on the same database? I have 2 different stores that are connected and running on the same database, what I need is a way to separate the employees time card. Both stores only have one register each with a combined 3 other manager workstations, so in total I have 5 PCs between the two locations.

    Are you looking to separate the time cards from Database > Time Clock?

    Or are you hoping to run a report that can seperate them for you?

    I do not know of a way to seperate them from within the Database > Time Clock area. But if you were to maybe prefix the cashier's names with 1 or 2, you could sort by name, and all the 1's and 2's would be grouped together. Same with Reporting, you could filter the report to only show cashiers who's names contain a 1 or a 2.

    Hope this kind of helps...

    I should add that this suggestion would only work if your employees did not move from store to store. This suggestion would require that they had a unique login for each store that they worked at.

    Thank you Andy.  I have recommended to the site to duplicate employees, so they have to sign in numbers and to use one for store A and the other for store B.  They would then be able to track the times as the employee bounces between stores.
