Job card device not auto generating licence plate

Hi

I am using the Job card device in D365FO

I have the "Generate licence plate" selected to "Yes" in the configure job card for devices however in the last step of the job operation when RAF, the licence plate number does not auto generate. The field is blank. When I click ok, an error message comes up advising I haven't entered in a licence plate. 

Any one have any ideas as to what I am missing?

    Hello Sharon,

    The Location profile were the RAF is done check if its enabled to use License Plate TRacking

    Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. Yes it is. I am able to report as finish on the mobile device Device and a licence plate gets generated automatically.

    I am wondering if any one has been able to use the feature to help rule out if this is a bug or a missing setup issue. Thanks

    I found the issue and thought I'd update here incase anyone else encounters this. This features currently works in conjunction with BOMs only and not FORMULAs.
