Hi,

A client asked me to see all the appointments of his sales staff in a common CRM calendar. It's possible? Salespeople track appointments on both the contact entity and the opportunity entity. The goal is to have a unique view on where the commercials are. Can anyone help me?

I hope your issue was solved. Dynamics 365 calendar plugins where you can add, update or delete appointment in Dynamics crm. You can easily manage your customer, appointment and meeting, Resource Scheduling, activity Filtration and many more feature.
