Hi,

As epson manufactures stop production of tm-t88v series printer so we start using new epson printer tm-t88vi series printer.

problem is that all the Arabic letters are printing in reverse order.

Previously in tm-t88v printer we had patch printunicodeadapter.dll file but for this series its giving error if we upload this file.

Need urgent help

You have to send an email to 3rd party producer (Epson) about this issue. If they do not provide anymore support for Arabic language within their printers, please consider to change them and opt for another vendor (e.g. HP or others) that could guarantee the right order.

This has nothing to do within NAV or BC application per se.
