Since we generally have a high storage load, I wonder whether this high number of disabled users also has an effect. At the moment I'm thinking of deleting the users from the environment completely, as they are still in the teams of the business units. Of course I am reasign the data records of the users.
My questions: - Do disabled users who are still members of a team affect the PrincipalObjectAccess table? - How else do disabled users affect the storage space?
1.Disabled users are stored in Azure AD and do not enter the Dataverse.
There are two ways to disable a user: remove the user's license or remove the user from the environment's security group. Users removed from the security group will still occupy the license.
2.Disabled users will still take up your storage space (which is of course, how else would you enable users?) . So if you are sure you don't need some users anymore it is recommended to delete them.
