Hello, I would like to record an interaction whenever I insert and offer.
I don't understand the interaction setup model page and I don't found any information about it.

Using an example, if you send a SO confirmation then an interaction log entry is created. This is based on a direct interaction with a contact in the database. Note that the request page of the SO confirmation includes a Boolean to determine if the interaction log is inserted or not. When you say “offer” are you referring to sending a quote or order confirmation? If so, by default, the interaction log Boolean I mentioned is set to true. If you want to remove the option to the users then the report will need adjusting
