We have registered an e-mail address on the customer card.

When we will send a statement to this customer (Customer Card / Reports / Statement) , and choose Email as Report Output, I get this error:

I know I can set a specifik email address under Document Layouts action on the customer, but should that be nessesary to do on every customer, as most of them should just use the email on the customer card.
Under Report Selection - Sales, Customer Statement we have choosen the Report ID 1316
Is there a setting I am missing?
