We have a MS Business Central customer, which is live in production, and has a Premium licenses.
The customer is live with BC, but without setup nor transactions in Production or Service Management.
We are considering to switch from Premium to Essentials licenses.
The questions we have:
- What is the procedure to do that ?
- Is there any technical impact we have to be aware of?
- Is there any manual or automatic work we have to execute after the switch for the live company in BC?
