Hello,

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing problems with scheduling large production quantities. While the customer is only supposed to receive the goods on one delivery date, we have to take several dates into the produciton planning. As we are still working with unlimited production resources, the planned orders cannot take the maximum quantity into planning.

Are there any companies here that have a similar problem and would like to exchange ideas about synchronising planning and shipping?

Hello Monika,

One of my customers developed a Power BI report for production planning because they were working with infinite capacity. This Power BI report showed them their available capacity and the planned orders.
