Unable to confirm email in portal

Hi,

I'm testing the customer portal but I keep getting this message using several email. Am I missing some steps? Do I need to enable something to do this? I wanted to fix it because the automatic case response is bot workig so im guessing it has something to do with this

    Hi Jane,

    In D365 for receiving and sending email we have to configure Email Routing

    Goto=> Settings => Email Configuration

    Hi Jane,

    Please check whether you are having following Site Settings configured (Portals > Site Setting)

    Name - Authentication/Registration/RequiresConfirmation

    Value - true

    Name - Authentication/Registration/EmailConfirmationEnabled

    Value - true

    Also,

    Check the sender/from on the email is allowed/approved to send mail.  Might be that they are not approved.  If I remember correctly they have the owner of the user being the default sender.  That is the usual culprit, as not every owner/user in the CRM is approved.

    I think you have to configure "Email Routing in Dynamics CRM".
