Dynamic Date in Rollup field

Hi, does anyone know how to filter records in rollup fields based on date? it should select all records if it were created in last 30 days.

Calculated fields has some date function but it is only to set the field value, not to filter records.

thanks

You can base the filter on another field in the entity or a hard coded value.

You can't, however, use Now() to retrieve the current date nor perform any calculation within the filter of a rollup field so your request isn't possible - although I can see the need for it...

    Hi Litonn,

Just one thing to mention here.  Coming from a guy that tried to use Rollup fields a lot in Dynamics 365 with only limited success.  The challenge I had is around the same thing you are looking at here where you are trying to total things up over different time periods.  Right now you are looking at 30 days and maybe then you want to look at for current quarter, fiscal year, etc.

I have had much more success moving this to Power BI and building these types of visualizations / data there if at all possible.  Not sure it would work in this situation but just wanted to provide.

    Hope this helps.
