    Hi,

When you say Width of the custom field ? are you referring to the form on the field?

note that you cannot increase the width for just one field but for all fields in a section you can do. so the width applies on the whole section and field within, not individually. go to form editor > section properties :

    Hi Manoj,

This depends on how you designed the form and where your fields exists.

Let say you create a tab with three columns(section with three column) then the width you set in the tab properties (Formatting tab) accordingly field will be display.

Secondly its depends on the field properties also you can set the same format of column in the field properties.

    Hi Manoj,

There is not supported script for doing this task. and i wont even recommend you doing that.

there are two thing you can do. Its all about how you design the form.

    1. change your tab format setting and make it only 2 column or 1 column by doing this your input box will automatically increase.

    2. change section property to place field label on the top rather than side:

As suggested earlier you can not control single  field width using field properties , you need to go with tab properties or section properties where  you can set the % (Screenshot attached earlier post ) and also column formatting  . This is by design due to generic look and feel for all fields in a column . So you have to go with section properties , tab properties . However you can also increase field width , let say you have four column tab now you want to show one field with large area  which will show inside entire four column section so in that case you need to go to  field properties and in the formatting tab select one, two, three ,four what ever you want to set.
