Can we integrate a trial D365 Marketing app with a trial D365 CE instance?

Hello Community,

Does anyone know if/how I can set up a trial D365 Marketing app on a trial D365 CE instance? I keep getting the following error message when I try to connect a trial D365 Marketing app to my trial D365 CE instance. The error message says it's a paid CE instance, but I am only using a free trial... Is there anything that I miss? How can I achieve this? Basically, I would like the trial Marketing app to use the same entity data (i.e. Contact etc) as in my trial D365 CE instance.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello D365_Eric,

The Dynamics 365 Marketing trial can't be installed on a existing Dynamics 365 CE trial instance.

Each Marketing trial comes pre-installed on a dedicated trial instance included with the trial. You can't install a Marketing trial on an existing instance.

If you set up your Marketing trial on a production tenant, users that already have an account on that tenant can add themselves to the Marketing trial by going to trials.dynamics.com/Dynamics365/marketing and signing up for the trial using their existing Microsoft 365 account.
