GP table IV00113 - What is it good for?

GP table IV00113 is called Item Price List Details but, after checking a number of client installations, I have not found one with any records in it. I'm working on an import and have IV00108 and IV00107 covered but I don't know if anything should be done with IV00113. What is the purpose of this table? Thanks!
