Hi,

I am trying to follow this post https://baddaz.com/create-your-own-document-locations-in-dynamics-365-using-flow-9649ecaf3672

But I am keep getting error message for

"message": "sharepointdocumentlocation With Id = 0e80b75d-ab37-4f0b-af77-db91379053e5 Does Not Exist",
Document library which I am using is https://crm260113.sharepoint.com/Wired/Cases/
I am using Guid of Cases document library which is 0e80b75d-ab37-4f0b-af77-db91379053e5. Please point me to the right direction
Thanks

    Hi Usman Ahmed,

    You will need to use the GUID of the Document Location for the Parent Library, to set the Parent Site or Location.

    Thanks for your Adrian. In my scenario sharepointsite is  crm260113.sharepoint.com/Wired

    And

    Document library which I am using is crm260113.sharepoint.com/.../Cases

    So GUID I am using is for cases document Library, is this right?

    Based on the error message, it is unable to find the document location with that Guid. Can you double check if you have same GUID for the Document Location? This document location will be the parent where your new location will be created.

    Also, can you share screenshot of you flow?

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    the id needs to be of the document location record in CRM not sharepoint. This explains why you are getting the id not found error. Copy the id of the Cases Document location and use that.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi All I am having the same problem. I have used the id of the document on CRM however I am now receiving an error message: {

     "status": 400,

     "message": "')' or ',' expected at position 2 in '(7bCEDD3016-24E1-E911-A812-000D3A24F3F0)'.",

     "source": "stepstirlingcrm.crm4.dynamics.com",

     "errors": [],

     "debugInfo": "clientRequestId: d3a9001a-1f10-4b72-88f6-c51c4bfd0d1c"

    }

    Hi JennSTEP,

    You need to remove the '7b' from in front of your GUID, so your GUID needs to be: CEDD3016-24E1-E911-A812-000D3A24F3F0

    The '7b' is part of an ASCII code for the symbol '{'

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,

    MWier
