Can't open pages "Database Locks", "Database Missing Indexes" and "Database Wait Statistics"

We are running BC22 on prem, and we have issues opening thae pages Database Locks, Database Missing Indexes and Database Wait Statistics.
I am guessing it is because the BC system/service user does not have the appropriate rights on the SQL server. Does anyone know where I can find the documentation on which SQL rights are needed in order to open these pages - or any other hints?

    You can check the event viewer and see what more information it gives you when you open these pages.
