We would like to add script for a lead capture pop up on our main page. We just want to get email and mobile phone number. Maybe First and last name too.

we are thinking the pop up would kick off a pdf file that we would share with the customer then we would add them into a journey.

Is there a special code /script that we can used the will make this possible?

Can you please elaborate further on your scenario:

Lead Capture Pop-up, is it on your website? If yes, your website is already integrated with Dynamics 365? Do you store the leads captured on website in D365?

Which version of the CRM (online/on-prem) do you use?

The PDF is a form that user will fill?

There isn't any ready-to-use script for this purpose, once you elaborate, I may able to suggest a solution.
