Share a personalized workspace with a specific role/user.

Dear community, 

I've made a personalized workspace with tiles and lists to follow up business performance. I need to share this personal workspace to make it available for others.

Do you know if there is a way to publish a workspace for a specific role /user the same way we can do for personalised filter and views?

    It seems that the only way to do it is via export/import of XML file as explained on the following: www.sikich.com/.../

    Yes you are right. I think there is no option to import workspace based on the security roles. Only way will be export and importing XML files directly to the users.

    Custom Workspaces appear as views in D365 so you can assign workspaces ( views ) using the menu personalization from the System Admin module and apply by user/role.
