I have created a report extension for a sales shipment. I would like to send emails to my customers using fields from the sales shipment report (like tracking, etc.) to indicate a shipment has been made. I don't want to have a PDF attachment on these emails. Is this possible?

Hi, in other words, you only want the content in the Report, but don't want to send it as an attachment?

As far as I know this can't be done, you can't extract the values in the report. But if your report is in Word format, you can try the following method.

As Zhu suggested, the Custom Document Layouts are the key to achieve this. Create a Custom Report Layout for Your report in the word template, and then use this layout for e-mail body.
