enable Purchase Order Generator

A client is on GP 2015 (14.00.0804). They are interested in using PO Generator (Transactions > Purchasing > PO Generator) however the menu option for it does not appear on any workstations or for any logins (including SA).

Is there a certain module which needs to be Registered for this menu option to be listed? Or a certain add-on which needs to be installed from the DVD installation files? Or a setup window which needs to be completed?

I found under the Registration window, we had to mark the Automated PO Generator module for the program to be shown in the Transaction Menu.
