Hi,

I have a few Job Queues that output a report and I would like to save them automatically to my OneDrive instead of having to download them one by one from the Report Inbox.

Is there any solution for this?

Thank you,

Hi, as for as I know, at present, it is not enough to use the standard method, which requires the user to click on the screen.

    Thank you for the reply,

It's unfortunate that they are no easy way to do it.

I'll save your solutions and see if we can put that to work.

    Hi,

Here's another approach you could try for integrating OneDrive with Business Central, using a service like Skyvia. It offers support for automating workflows, which might simplify the process for you.

Save Report Inbox directly to OneDrive
I believe using Power Automate with the job queue is the best option for saving reports to OneDrive. It may require some development effort from a functional or developer consultant, but it’s a solid solution. This setup would allow the report to run via the job queue, with options to save it or send it by email, Teams chat, or directly to OneDrive.

You can also you some of the existing templates.

Now, you can use Graph API to store data in OneDrive.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
