How to Set dynamics 365 Custom Modal Driven App as Default App

Hi,

I have created Custom Modal Driven App for UCI but I am not able to set as the default app.

I have already checked the solution from the mentioned link but the Preference option for Auto Launch URL is not visible for me.

Can you please help me out with this?

    Hello Mohd,

    First I think you can disregard that article, home.dynamics.com is deprecated and being removed:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/important-changes-coming#dynamics-365-home-is-deprecated

     Now to your question, there is no concept of "default app" but there are the following mechanisms in place:
    1. If a user has access to only one app with their security roles, then this app will automatically open when opening the root URL (https://example.crm.dynamics.com)
    2. If a user has access to multiple apps, the system will remember the last used app and will open the root URL or record URLs (if no app context is provided, or if the user doesn't have access to the app) using the last used app.

    For #1 and #2 to work you need to enable the "Unified Interface Only" mode on your environment.
