Microsoft Flow sometimes does not run

Hello All,

I am curious, I have a FLOW which has trigger 'When a record is updated'. It is not triggered sometimes.

Now I am thinking should we do integration between Dynamics 365 Apps using FLOW or not? In case if we go live with FLOW and Customer is facing issues in data moving between apps due to FLOW is not executed but it should be executed. Then how we will be justifying Customer that the problem is FLOW and it is OOB we can't do anything. It will be a annoying situation.

Has anyone experienced this weird thing?

    Hi,

    Flow takes some time to execute in some cases. But it is appropriate option to do integration. Also if it does not run at a time. System retries it in every some seconds(as defined) to execute it again. So it should not cause any issue.

    Yes. Usually it runs within 10-15 seconds but sometimes it takes time didn't check how longer.

    You said yesterday, "System retries it in every some seconds(as defined) to execute it again". I saw this tries again and again by the system in case of failure but Question is what kind of failure? I guess when we got issue in trigger then it tries again but when we got issue in action it will not retry. Am I right?

    And tell me where we can define the time duration between retrieval?
