401 worksheets not renewing

I have to check constantly to ensure that all my stores have 401 worksheets pending.  On any given day, 3 or 4 will not be auto-generated.  Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?  Once I manually create one and their next polling cycle comes around, they are fine for a while.  It does happen more with some stores than others, but I have not been able to note any dicernable pattern.

    This is logical but I still want to mention it -

    It could be due to the connection between HQ Client and HQ Server.

    At the scheduled time either of the following could prevent the connection from working -

    HQ Client is down / Computer is turned off

    HQ Server is down / Computer is turned off

    Internet connection at either location is down or slow.

    Change the schedule of the connection time to see if it works ok.
