Export data from crm by time base filter
in advanced Find
Ex: Created on 27-02-2018 00:00 - 27-02-2018 06:00
Ex: Created on 27-02-2018 06:00 - 27-02-2018 12:00

Hi , This is because crm stored data with UTC format , you can convert your created on date time to utc by using time zone offset. This will give you exact report.
TO get records created before 27/02/2018 12:00 PM by using Advanced find? I put time in search criteria, but looks CRM just check the date.

Can you be more clear? If it's a DateTime field, just include the time in the filter.
Filter with Time
Yes, just create two lines, on for "Created On - On or After" then another line, "Created On - On or Before"
The beginning and end dates just need to be two separate lines for your export to work.
