Linking Leads to Opportunity

can i know which lead is linked to which opportunity is that possible in MSCRM If yes how.

    There is a field on the opportunity record called Originating Lead.

    You can add it to your form, and this will tell you which Lead that Opportunity was created from.

    Just add a column of "Topic(Originating Lead)" in your required Opportunity View

    Settings>customization>entity>opportunity>views>select required view>add columns>change record type to "Originating Lead" then select topic.

    Save and close the opportunity view.

    *Publish All Customization 

    This is somewhat you'll be able to see (Opportunities originating from Lead):

    Solutions->Entity->lead/Opportunity->Relationship

    and easly you can get the records in advanced find.
