Deleting a User in Business Central

Hi:

Within the Users page of Business Central, we receive a message saying that you can only delete a user in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

When we go to the Admin Center, however, the user is nowhere to be found to delete.

How, then, can this user be deleted in Business Central?

Note: If the user has a transaction in Business Central, you cannot delete it.

I agree with Kim, you should disable users instead of deleting them.

Just Disable them. And your M365 Admin should not be deleting but rather removing the license.
