You can setup an approval workflow for the sales quote/order/invoice. That could form part of the check that is performed. That would be a manual check.

Failing that you could create an extension which would cater for this requirement.

Hi weiching, I hope you are doing good.

Here information that explains to do what you can do when controlling prices in Business Central:

Manage sales prices in Dynamics 365 Business Central - Learn | Microsoft Docs

Use new sales pricing experience - Dynamics 365 Release Plan | Microsoft Docs

Hi, as far as I know there is no such control in the standard feature. You can display the Unit Cost field next to the price, and the user can manually control it when entering the price.

Alternatively, you can make small customization that shows an error or warning when the price is below cost.

    Wei,

Good day. Standard Business Central does not offer this feature today. It is a nice feature to add so maybe you can submit this idea. In the meantime, I would offer 2 options: 1) Show the Unit Cost field on the line 2) Have your partner add a field called Below Cost (YES/NO) and then when the user enters the Unit Price the line will display whether its below cost.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve
