Editing and deleting "My Views" of Opportunities

I am an old Salesforce hand but brand new to Microsoft CRM. I have figured out how to create new Opportunity views, but I don't know how to edit or delete those created views.

Also, what is the best free online training resource for Microsoft CRM?

Cheers!

    Hi Kevin,

Views in CRM are stored as System Views (those that come in a solution or out of the box), and personal views (aka Saved Views) like the ones you create yourself. To delete a saved view, check out the steps here: dynamics.atum.com/crm-tip-delete-a-personal-view-2

There are a ton of great training resources for CRM. I like the Microsoft Virtual Academy (mva.microsoft.com/.../introduction-to-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-8312) but there are a million of them.

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

     Aiden
