Are you not able to see email body ? or attachment?

If attachment is not able to see. Please check max size of attachment configured in your CRM. attachment is enabled or not.

    Hi Dhaval,

    In Above scenario ,

    Whenever i track the email.

The email was stored into Email Activities... Its working fine.

    And

    2nd scenario is

Email was stored into Email Activities and same time automatically create the case also. i am not using "convert to case" button .

how to automatically create the case . i am using CRM 2011.

    Hi Viswanadh,

there is a feature you can create case from email, but its available from CRM 2013 only.

    [View:http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/dynamics/crm-customer-center/automatically-create-a-case-from-an-email.aspx:750:50]

But you can write an simple workflow or plug-in/custom workflow (if criteria to create case logic is complex). Please find attached below screen shot of create case using simple workflow.
