Itemprice: how to calculate price with BOM (items different VAT-value)

I have made an assembly BOM for a couple of Items. Some of the Items in the BOM's are subject to VAT, others are not.

The price of the item has to be calculated taking the different VAT-values into account . 

Anyone an idea how to implement this?
