Routing Line with Routing Link Code XXX cannot be found. Check Production BOM No. XXXXXX Line No. XXXX

Hi

We are in BC SaaS 19.2

I wanted to add Routing Link to Production BOM and Routing. But ran to the following issue. Any help will be greatly appreciate it.

1) I created a new routing and make sure to add the Routing Link to routing. Then certified. 

2) I went to the Item card and Changed the Routing in Item Card to new Routing? Is this acceptable

3) Then open the BOM of item and create new version of BOM then add the Routing Link to BOM.

4) When I try to certify BOM I receive message "Routing Line with Routing Link Code XXX cannot be found. Check Production BOM No. XXXXXX Line No. XXXX"

5) We have no customization in this page.  

I checked to make sure new routing is certified, has the routing link, routing assigned to item, item has no SKU. Also, all parts in this BOM are purchased items and they have no BOM. But I am still receiving this error.

    What you have outlined is correct.  The system is going to search through the Certified Routing Lines for the Routing Link Code.  If it is not found you would get this message.

    This many have already been done, but worth rechecking.  Are you 100% sure you selected the correct Routing Link Code?  You mentioned a BOM version, are you using Routing Versions and is the Routing Version Certified?  Does your Certified Routing have an Effective Date (Starting Date) set in the future?

    Thanks for your help.

    1) Are you 100% sure you selected the correct Routing Link Code? Yes, I did checked many time.

    2) Is the Routing Version Certified? Yes it is. But no version for routing.

    3) Does your Certified Routing have an Effective Date (Starting Date) set in the future? No, I even back dated or put today date as well. Still same issue.

    The strange part is if I create brand new BOM then copy the old BOM and use Routing Link (basically same setup) I can certify the new BOM without any issue. But for the old BOM I cannot. Even if I create new version of BOM I cannot certify.

    Extra actions:

    In Sandbox I deleted all production order to make sure we do not have any production order. I also deleted all version of BOM and used the first version. But still the same issue.

    It is really strange. Thanks for your help
