Received PC Message Number 0281 while trying to run allocator.  Event log was no help.  Any suggestions?

    When you say it was "no help", do you mean nothing was there, or you are not sure how to interpret it?  PC Message 0281 might mean Allocator cannot find a Rate, but posting the results of the Event Log would be helpful in order to assist you.
