Hi Everyone,

I am facing Error while generating report in Management Reporter 2012 CU16 Version 2.12.16000.17.

Error Description:

An internal error occurred in the provider. Additional information is available in the event viewer on the Management Reporter server. Please contact your administrator.

Event Viewer is showing below error Messages:

I am using Management Reporter with Data mart and  Dynamics GP 2013.

Anyone can please help.

    Have you tried these steps?

    Have you checked the event viewer? It will gives us a more detailed explanation  of the error.

    Thanks for reply.  Yes i have tried all the steps mentioned in your provided link (community.dynamics.com/.../142774) but still facing same issue.

    Yes i have checked the event viewer deeply, No more detail is showing in event viewer.

    Have you tried uninstalling MR and reinstalling? Has there been any changes to the services accounts that you use to run MR? I know sometimes IT comes along and changes passwords without telling anyone.

    No I am not tried to uninstalling MR however, i have recently upgraded MR from CU12 to CU16.

    No change in Service account, the issue is occurring in one report only, all other reports are working fine.
