Security Resource Description table is not in the list for Clear Data

I am trying to figure out a security question and am using the queries that involve the table SY09400. I have read and used in the past the steps to clear the data in that table, however in a client I have when I used Clear Data, choose System and look for the Security Resource Description table it is not in the list. It is GP2013R2 1801, does anyone know what I can do to make it appear, I do see it in SQL maintenance and did a drop and create thru that utility but it still does not appear in Clear data, I also do not see Security Master to do check links on, I read that somewhere else to try. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hello Nancy

Just a simple question out of curiosity, have you chosen the option to display "Physical" names from the menu on the Clear Data utility ?

Thank you Mahmoud, I can't believe how many times I re-read those instructions and missed that point, the more frustrated I became the less likely I would ever notice that detail. I was able to refresh that table. And furthermore learned how to grant access to the Document Attachment Window not necessarily from this exercise but another post you were helpful in resolving as well and a person named Carole Livingston for giving the security directions. Thanks again.
