Hello folks,
New to CRM Dynamics 365. I am trying to understand the usage of CRMDiagTool2011 tool to troubleshoot the CRM issues.
Is there any documentation on how to use this tool?
Like Where should this tool be run to trace the CRM log files? Because in our environment we have CRM running on multiple servers which are load balanced. So when a user logs into CRM, we never know on which server his/her session is running.
