How to set up a security workflow to approve payments to Bank

I want to set up a security approval workflow for Bank exports/ and post in the dynamics BC.

before exporting and posing to Bank, I want to set up the following rules.

Total balance less than 50K can be exported and posted by person X, anything over 50K person Y.

I have followed the general workflow approval process in payment journals, but the request is to apply for Bank exports and posting. not approvals. Please assist.

Hi, the standard workflow can only limit posting, not exporting. If you want to do both, you need to customize it.

As far as I know out of the box the workflow can only prevent posting the journal. There is no connection to exporting without a developer customizing the system.

not possible out of the box. Not even sure if this is feasible to control the export, please involve a dev to find out.
